Even though I have been a pretty consistent exerciser, at age 47 I needed something to motivate me on those days I felt too tired. Reporting to Tony provides that incentive we all sometimes need. It is also great to have a regime that is aimed at the body parts and areas that definitely need concentrated attention and yet be able to choose to do them in your family room as well as a gym. The flexibility of where you can exercise keeps you on track on those days you do not have time to get to the gym (or even your basement). Having carpeted stairs to catch your forehead is also nice doing that last push-up !!!! This has been an excellent program for me and I highly recommend Tony . I plan on continuing long after my initial 12 weeks are complete.

Tony is an amazing trainer! He has a great understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition but most importantly he takes the time to understand each client, individually - What have you done? What restrictions do you have? What are your eating habits? What do you want to accomplish? How much time do you have to give to your workouts? What motivates you? Tony looks at the full picture and then builds a program for you from that point.

I have trainer with Tony for 3 years and have never done the same workout twice. He puts so much thought and planning into each and every workout session. I never get bored and am ALWAYS challenged!

Tony's other strength is his dimension and diversity. I have watched him work with a client to lose 150 pounds and go from barely walking 1 minute on the treadmill to running. I have also seen him work with competitve athletes, helping them shed sheconds of time off their runs and increase their strength and endurance. For me, he helped shed 10 pounds of "baby weight" and 14 inches. I am sore almost every week but look forward to every workout and encourage people all the time to go and see him. I know they'll thank me later!

Tony is first of all one of the most genuine and positive people I know. With that being said he is who you want in your corner when it come to achieving your weight loss or fitness goals !!!
